Something About the Leaves by Michael Valladares

Funded by the Boston University Social Impact Seed Grant, Frances has produced and directed a new theatre for young audiences show written by the incomparable Michael Valladares. The conception, development, and performance of this piece is the culmination of Frances’ work at Boston University and will serve as her final thesis before she receives her BFA in May 2021. This play is an attempt at bringing an imaginative, direct, and developmentally appropriate approach to disease discourse as we continue to move through the Covid-19 Pandemic. A fun and electric experience for the whole family, Something About the Leaves is being performed in outdoor community spaces through out the Greater Boston Area in April and May 2021.
